The Quad Series, The Five Nations Partner Forum, and IPSEN Welcome Reception – Sydney, Australia

We were delighted to host this event adjacent to the 76th International Astronautical Congress (IAC 2025).

As an Official Adjacent Event Partner to the International Astronautical Congress 2025 (IAC Sydney), IPSEN formally opened the Quad Series, Five Nations Partner Forum, and Welcome Reception, that had dignitaries, representatives and stakeholders from Australia, India, Japan, the United States, and key partner nations in attendance. Held at the Australian National Maritime Museum in Sydney, Australia on Sunday 28th September 2025, the full day event set the tone for deeper strategic dialogue and the shared commitment partner states have to strengthen capabilities in space, earth observation, innovation, and resilience.

Distinguished speakers in attendance included Hon Stephen Dawson MLC, Minister for Regional Development; Ports; Science and Innovation; Medical Research; Kimberly; The Hon. Peter Khalil MP, Assistant Minister for Defence; His Excellency Vasyl Myroshnychenko, Ambassador of Ukraine to Australia, Dr Paul Bate, Chief Executive Officer of the United Kingdom Space Agency; Troy Brashear, Vice President of Satellite Missions at Northrop Grumman; and Blake Bullock, Vice President, Military Space Systems at Northrop Grumman Strategic Space Systems.

The Quad Series and Five Nations Forum offer a rare platform to bring together governments, industry and academia in a way that transforms traditional boundaries. This reception is more than a welcome – it is a commitment to joint progress. We continue our commitment to ensure that the Indo-Pacific remains at the forefront of global collaboration, delivering tangible outcomes for security, prosperity and technological advancement.
